WHAT WE DO?


We offer complex investment banking and business consulting services for medium and large-sized enterprises, which allow for value creation on domestic and foreign markets.

We conduct the buy-side and sell-side acquistion processes and offer corporate finance services. We raise capital through bonds issues and public and private offerings – GPW, NewConnect, Catalyst.

We help companies increase their efficiency. We advise on the creation and implementation of the corporate strategy and change management systems.

NAVIGATOR CAPITAL GROUP IN NUMBERS


During 10 years of its market presence, Navigator Capital Group conducted over 70 transactions, of over 2.2 billion PLN total value. We carried out over 30 mergers and acquisitions transactions, over 10 public offerings on the regulated market GPW and the alternative market NewConnect, and over 30 corporate bonds issues.

Our team of 25 people allows for multiple complex processes to be conducted simultaneously.

According to the MERGERMARKET report, Navigator Capital has reached the 3rd place in Poland in terms of the number of carried out M&A transactions in 2015.

Rafał Tuzimek
Managing Partner at Navigator Capital Group and the CEO of Navigator Capital S.A.

Over 20 years of professional experience in financial and strategic advisory, including IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies, transactions of purchase/sale of companies on the private market, privatizations, complex restructuring programs in various market sectors.

Previously worked at D.I. Ipopema S.A., Credit Lyonnais and Arthur Andersen. Advised to Aplisens, Koelner, Wielton, Colian, PKM Duda, Pamapol, Erbud, Unibep, Unimil, ZPM Mróz, PT Dystrybucja, MPM and more.

Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and IESE Business School – University of Navarra.

Received a PhD degree at Warsaw School of Economics in 2000; currently giving lectures on Corporate Finance, M&A and Valuation Methods. In 2014 finalized his postdoctoral dissertation.

Many years of professional experience in financial advisory, including IPOs, due diligence, valuation and corporate advisory. Advised to clients from i.a. food industry, retail, transport, construction, real estate management. Previously worked in Polish branch of KBC Securities N.V. (Department of Corporate Finance) and KPMG.

Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking with specialization in Investment Banking) and Independent University of Business, Administration and Computer Science in Warsaw (Economics with specialization in Financial Engineering).

Advised in such M&A transactions as the acquisition of French company Fruehauf SAS and Italian Compagnia Italiana Rimorchi by Wielton S.A., acquisition of the Polish public owned company EKO Holding S.A. by Advent International and the acquisition of Dr Gerard from Groupe Poult by Bridgepoint.

Active on corporate bonds market since the foundation of Catalyst. Advised in over 75 bond issues with total value exceeding PLN 1 billion and directly coordinated 50 projects. Participated in preparation of 7 IPOs.

Mateusz Mucha

Gained professional experience in NWAI Brokerage House, where he advised in over 60 bond projects with total value exceeding PLN 800m. Directly coordinated 18 bond transactions (total value amounting to over PLN 260m).

Advised to companies listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange and NewConnect, as well as to Polish and foreign private companies.

Jakub Vogtt
Managing Partner at Navigator Business Consulting Sp. z o.o.

Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute (PMI ®) in 2004-2007, having almost 20 years of experience in management and supervising changes in infrastructural branches (i.e. Polish Telecom – Orange Poland at present, Polish Post, PGNiG, PKP Cargo) and public sector institutions (Office of Electronic Communications, Office of Rail Transport, Ministry of Sport and Tourism, European Commission).

In 1997-2009 worked for Arthur Andersen, Andersen Business Consulting and Deloitte, responsible for project sales and delivery for companies from infrastructural sectors, starting from consultant position, completing as a Head Director of Telecommunication-Media-Technology and Public Sector Group.

In 2010 – 2011 Managing Partner of consulting division at Accreo Taxand S.A.  From  2012 to 2013 as a partner in Carrywater Group S.A. was responsible for launching business initiatives in the form of ventures and was directing the strategic and business advisory team.

Managed and prepared public offerings for Aplisens, Quercus, ERBUD, Energomontaż Północ, Novitus, Grupa Lotos, Unimil, Koelner, Hutmen, Redan, Sokołów and Polifarb Cieszyn. For nearly 5 years worked as a Director for a consulting firm BRE Corporate Finance S.A. (currently mBank Group).
